1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9mad ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://9mad.cam ("the Website").

9mad is an English-language platform designed for informational and entertainment purposes, targeting adult users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the Website, you agree unconditionally to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Website following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Website.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds, bonus funds and any other credited amounts held in a Player's Account.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 9mad, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from 9mad or any affiliated platform.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or director of 9mad.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on 9mad. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and promptly update your details if they change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted from your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9mad support immediately at the email address provided in the Contact Us section of this page. 9mad will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify us promptly.

• Passwords must meet the minimum strength requirements set at registration.
• You should not use the same password on 9mad as on other websites or services.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices, is strongly recommended.
• 9mad will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone.

5 Deposits & Payments

9mad accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. Methods may include mobile wallets and bank transfer services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — where available in the Cashier. Reference to these names is contextual only; none of these institutions endorses, supports or is affiliated with 9mad or gambling activities.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier.
• 9mad does not accept cash deposits. All transactions are electronic.
• Deposits are credited in the currency supported by your Account. PKR-denominated display is available where configured.
• 9mad is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including network outages or maintenance windows.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the withdrawal terms in force at the time of the request. 9mad reserves the right to delay processing while verification is pending.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not an optional preference.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier.
• Processing times vary by method. Indicative timelines are provided in the Cashier, but 9mad cannot guarantee processing windows due to dependence on third-party providers.
• Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn. Only winnings derived from Real Money play (after completion of applicable wagering requirements) are withdrawable as Real Money.
• 9mad may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

9mad offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus figures displayed on the Website are illustrative unless otherwise stated. Eligibility, value, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and withdrawal caps vary by promotion. The specific terms for each promotion are published alongside that promotion and form part of these Terms.

1. Welcome Bonus: Available to new registered players only, subject to minimum deposit requirements and wagering conditions. One welcome bonus per household, device or IP address applies.
2. Reload Bonuses: Available to existing players on qualifying deposits. Terms vary by offer.
3. Free Spins: Credited to specified games only. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 9mad are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. General principles applicable across all products include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed except as provided in the specific game rules or in the event of a demonstrable technical error.
• 9mad reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Sports market results are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. For Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournaments, the official match result takes precedence.
• In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Acceptance of bets above the published maximum is at the sole discretion of 9mad.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet settlement, the decision of 9mad's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process below.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9mad and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not permitted by 9mad.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any other coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the platform's risk management.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a minor (under 18 or the applicable higher minimum age) to access or use your Account.
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.

10 KYC & Anti-Money Laundering

9mad operates KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures to verify the identity of players and to detect, prevent and report suspicious activity. These procedures are a condition of use of the platform, not an optional feature.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits or withdrawal requests, or at any other time at 9mad's discretion. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Additional documentation (proof of funds, source of wealth) may be requested for higher-value transactions.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions and may ultimately result in Account closure. 9mad reserves the right to file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or similar reports with relevant authorities where required by law, without notice to the Player.

11 Responsible Gambling

9mad is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment only. The following tools are available to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on deposits. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses within a defined period. Same application rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications after a configured duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gambling activity, during which Account access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent restriction on Account access. Self-exclusions are not easily reversed — a deliberate design to protect vulnerable players.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9mad Website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, software code, database structure and user interface design — is the property of 9mad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of 9mad.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9mad and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the Website.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors or delays caused by third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14 Suspension & Termination

9mad may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion that the Account is being operated in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive or similar legal requirement.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to the Player's own breach, any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player following completion of any pending KYC review and AML clearance, minus any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9mad is registered and/or licensed, as disclosed in the applicable license documentation. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that this may differ from Pakistani law and that it is their responsibility to understand and comply with local laws independently.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation with 9mad support should be escalated to the formal dispute resolution process available through our licensing or dispute-resolution authority. Details of the applicable process are available on request from our support team.

16 Amendments to These Terms

9mad reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Website and/or by email to your registered address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
