The 9mad Story
9mad was founded on a simple observation: Pakistani players — from the bustling streets of Karachi's Clifton to the quiet evenings in Multan and Faisalabad — deserved an online casino and sports betting platform that actually spoke their language. Not just linguistically, but culturally. A platform that understood the excitement of a PSL final, the tension of a Pakistan vs India ICC clash, the convenience of paying via Easypaisa on a mobile phone, and the importance of being treated with respect and transparency.
So we built 9mad. From day one, the focus was on three things: honest communication, player protection and entertainment variety. We wanted every user — whether they were placing their first bet on a cricket match winner market or spinning a video slot at midnight — to feel like the platform was built for them. No confusing small print buried at the bottom of a page. No fake urgency pushing reckless decisions. Just straightforward fun with the tools to stay in control.
The name "9mad" reflects our energy — a celebration of the chase, the game, the thrill of being in the moment. It's a festive name for a festive platform. And while we bring that high-energy spirit to everything we design, we are equally serious about responsible play, data privacy and fair terms. These are not box-ticking exercises for us — they are core to why 9mad exists.
Today, 9mad covers cricket betting across PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments, live casino tables, slots from multiple studio categories, crash games, football, UFC and more. Our mobile-first interface works on any modern smartphone across Pakistan — no app download required. Players in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar and Multan all get the same smooth, fast experience as users in Karachi.
We acknowledge that online gambling operates in a complex legal environment in Pakistan. We do not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by any Pakistani government body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. We are transparent about this because we believe players deserve to make informed decisions. Our full terms are written in clear, plain English — not the kind of legalese that requires a law degree to decode.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted English-language casino and sports betting platform for Pakistani players — known not just for the range of games and sports markets we offer, but for the integrity with which we operate.
We believe a great platform earns loyalty through honesty, not through misleading promotions or manufactured urgency. Every bonus we show is clearly labelled with its wagering requirements. Every payment method is listed with a reminder to verify cashier availability. Every responsible gambling tool is one click away — not buried in a sub-menu.
Platform Concept
Identified the gap in the market for a transparent, English-language betting platform tailored to Pakistani users across major cities.
Design & Build
Built a mobile-first interface with local payment references, PKR display and cricket-centric sports coverage at the forefront.
Player Protection Framework
Implemented KYC/AML procedures, deposit limits, self-exclusion tools and responsible gambling resources before soft launch.
Content Expansion
Added slots, live-dealer casino, crash games and expanded sports markets to serve the full breadth of Pakistani player interests.
Ongoing Development
Continuously improving game variety, cashier options and support quality based on player feedback from across Pakistan.
What 9mad Stands For
Six principles guide every decision we make — from product design to customer support, from bonus structuring to data handling.
Radical Transparency
Every bonus figure on 9mad is labelled illustrative where applicable. Wagering requirements, eligibility rules and withdrawal conditions are written in plain English — not hidden in a footnote. We'd rather lose a sign-up than mislead a player.
Player Protection First
Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion — are built into the core platform, not added as an afterthought. Every player has access to these controls from day one.
Mobile-First Design
Pakistan has one of the fastest-growing mobile internet user bases in the world. 9mad is built to perform beautifully on affordable Android handsets on 4G connections — not just on a high-end desktop in Islamabad.
Cricket at the Core
Pakistan lives and breathes cricket. 9mad's sports betting coverage is built around the game — PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series — with a depth of markets that reflect how Pakistani fans actually follow the sport.
Data Privacy & Security
SSL/TLS encryption protects all data in transit. KYC/AML procedures safeguard both players and the platform. We do not sell personal data. Your information is collected only to operate your account and meet compliance obligations.
Honest Support
Our support team is available 24/7 in English. We won't give you copy-paste answers that don't solve your problem. If something is unclear — about a bonus, a withdrawal, a market settlement — we explain it directly and honestly.

Our Commitment to Pakistani Players
9mad is an English-language platform specifically designed for users across Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We list familiar payment references like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah to help players understand their options — not to imply any endorsement or affiliation with gambling from those institutions. We display amounts in PKR so the cashier experience feels natural. And we build every page in plain, professional English because our players deserve to understand exactly what they're reading.
Responsible Play is Non-Negotiable
We are open about the fact that gambling carries real risks. Some people find it difficult to stay in control — and 9mad takes that seriously. Our responsible gambling framework is not a legal disclaimer bolted to the footer. It is a genuine commitment reflected in the tools we build and the language we use.
We will never use fake countdown timers, artificial scarcity tactics or misleading "guaranteed win" language. Bonus figures are always labelled as illustrative. Responsible gambling page links appear in our navigation, our footer and throughout our content — because we want players to find help easily if they need it.
Account-level controls available to every 9mad player include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These can be set directly from your dashboard at any time. If you have concerns about your gambling behaviour, we encourage you to visit the Responsible Gambling page for further guidance and links to recognised support resources.
Online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws in Pakistan. 9mad does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or approved by any Pakistani government body, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. This content is for information only and does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of gambling in their jurisdiction. 9mad is an 18+ platform.
Self-Exclusion
Players can apply a self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Once active, the restriction applies immediately. Reinstatement is subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive reversal.
Deposit & Loss Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits and losses. Limit reductions apply immediately. Limit increases require a waiting period before they take effect — a deliberate design choice to protect players from heat-of-the-moment decisions.
Session Reminders
Configure on-screen reminders that notify you how long you have been playing. Taking regular breaks is one of the simplest and most effective ways to keep gambling in perspective.
